OSYSA KidSafe Program
OSYSA KidSafe Program
 
The Ohio South Risk Management (now called KidSafe) e-system allows administrators, coaches and volunteers to complete a Risk Management form.  Once you have completed this form you will receive a certificate indicating you have supplied the necessary information to be in compliance with the OSYSA KidSafe program. 
 
To complete online,
  1. Log onto http://osysa.com
  2. On the left margin click on the Risk Manag. tab
  3. Select Option 1
  4. Complete the form
  5. An acknowledgement will appear. Print a copy of this acknowledgement.
  6. Sign the acknowledgement and turn it in to the League Administrator.
